You betcha. There is a 30 day trial for the free Community subscription during which there are no usage limits. When the trial is complete, you can use a credit card to purchase a Starter or Individual plan (monthly or annual) to continue having full access. Or you can continue using the Community plan indefinitely.

The Community plan provides access to the Automate app which lets you view and run task pipelines for free. You can edit pipeline documents by working directly with the underlying XML tags (markup). You can gain access to the no-code pipeline editor at any time by subscribing to the Starter or Individual plans.

The Community and Starter plans include three Scribe generations per month. You are able to edit templates, change data setup and enter data in forms without limitation. You may switch to unlimited Scribe generations at any time by subscribing to the Individual plan.

There is a link to the self-serve customer billing portal under the "Manage my account" menu item on the header bar of Tag. The billing portal is powered by the Chargebee Subscription Billing service.

When you download nSymbol Tag for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account and your free trial will begin. Even if you enter credit card information and select a plan before the free trial has ended, your paid plan will not begin until after the trial has expired... so you can enter your billing information at any time :-)

If, after the free trial has ended, you have not yet entered credit card information and selected a paid plan, then you will automatically continue on with the Community Plan, with limited functionality that resets each month.

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. If you cancel your subscription mid-month on the monthly plan, or mid-year in the annual plan, you will still have access to the tool until the end of your subscription term.
