What is onboarding

Onboarding is a service we offer to help you get started quickly using Tag.

Even though Tag is easy to learn, sometimes you don’t have time to learn anything new. Onboarding can jump you past the learning curve, and help you take the first step on your journey to knowledge automation bliss.

Some of the ways we can help include:

• Convert static text into content generation templates
• Help define and organize data fields and improve forms
• Implement auto fill from any data source, with data mapping and transformation as needed
• Suggest expression techniques, including how to take full advantage of XPath functions
• Map business processes to available pipeline steps
• Optimize web API calls and results handling
• Suggest ways to create compelling data-driven vector graphics
• Identify and apply applicable best practices
• Share handy utilities and samples accumulated over time

For new accounts, the first two hours of onboarding services are free. This is often long enough to demonstrate how the service works, and get a dynamic document or pipeline working. Subsequent consulting is subject to a flat hourly rate or fixed fee where appropriate.
